    How can I change or cancel a booking?
    You can change or cancel your booking using the link in your confirmation email or by contacting our team. Applicable conditions may vary depending on the rate and services selected.
    Where can I pick up and return the car?
    During the booking process, you can check the available locations on each island. Pick-up and return must take place at the locations selected in the booking, subject to availability.
    Is there a security deposit when renting a car in the Azores?
    Yes. Before pick-up, a card authorization may be made to cover the rental, additional services and other applicable costs. The relevant amount is shown in the confirmation email and rental agreement.
    Which documents do I need to rent a car?
    You must present a valid driving licence, an identity document and an accepted payment card, in accordance with the booking conditions.
    Can I pick up the car on one island and return it on another?
    Bookings are normally made for pick-up and return on the same island. If you need a different arrangement, contact our team to confirm availability and applicable conditions.
